Corals of the World (AIMS)

This site offers some of the features previously available since 2002 in the popular CD Coral ID. It provides detailed species pages for hundreds of coral species and will soon enables users to identify coral using a list of criteria. Much of the information in Coral ID Online is based upon Dr J E N (Charlie) Veron's Corals of the World, the most comprehensive reference text ever produced on coral species.

This site also provides a preview of Coral Geographic as well as a range of articles on corals and reefs.
